Account Search And Vending
Once. you are logged on, you will see an account search screen.
Enter the account, name, SMS, or meter serial number to find an account. Once you find and select it, you will be taken to the vending page.
From the vending page, you can select the type of payment and account. Press the Next button to proceed to the confirmation page.
If the transaction is correct, confirm the sale. Otherwise you can click cancel and go back to the account. Once you confirm, a transaction receipt will be provided to print.
Managing a Shift
To close your shift, go to "My Shift" under the ellipsis next to the user name on the top right of the page.
This will bring up your shift totals and a button allowing you to close the shift and print an EOS report.
You can click on any of your shifts and see a list of transaction details. From there you can print or download transaction details.
Admin Reporting
Users with admin privileges will have a reports option under their user. This allows the admin to see and download all transactions for their vendor group independent of user or batch. Simply set the time period and review/download into Excel.
How to Manage My Users
Users with admin privileges can add user and manage their vendor users. To do this, go to the Users page at the top left under the ellipses.
This will bring up a listing of your vendor group's users. You can create a new user by clicking the "Add user" button or manage any of the existing users by clicking on their box. Note each user has a flag if they are an admin and if they are active.
Once you click the add user button, a form will be provided to set the user information as well as the individual's credit limit. You can also designate someone as admin from this screen.
To manage an existing user, just click on the user and an edit page will come up.
This is an example of an active user (indication at the top). From here you can:
- Change user's name
- Set their vending limit
- Set admin rights
- Activate/Deactivate the user
