How to change an account's tariff?
First search for the account and open the account view buy clicking on the account number.
This will open the account page:
From the account page, you can verify which tariff is set by looking at the upper left corner under the Tariff Name. To change the tariff:
- Click on the control tab
- Select Tariff from the left-hand submenu
- Select the desired tariff from the drop-down list
- Click save to complete the process.
Once done, you'll see the tariff name at the top of the page change. The new tariff will go into effect on the next billing cycle.
