How to search transactions and export them to CSV

Transaction Search finds vend, payment, and wallet transactions across every account from one screen. Use it to track down a specific transaction, review a customer's recent activity, or pull a dated set of transactions for reconciliation or reporting. Each field narrows the results, and you can export whatever you find to a CSV file.

  1. Enter an External Id to find one transaction by its unique ID. This is the fastest way to locate a single transaction when a customer or vendor gives you its reference.
  2. Use Login, Vendor, Account, or Serial Number to filter by who or what the transaction belongs to. Automated transactions show a Login of system.
  3. Use Tariff and Type to narrow by plan or transaction kind — for example, wallet for vends drawn from a customer's wallet.
  4. Set the Start Date and End Date to limit results to a date range. Results are listed newest first.
  5. Click Reset to clear every filter and start a new search.
  6. Click Download CSV to export the current results, exactly as filtered, to a CSV file.

Filters combine — each one you add further narrows the results, so leave a field blank to ignore it. Download CSV exports only the rows matching your current filters, so set the search before you export rather than filtering the file afterward.
